Great stay with all the amenities

My stay in Massena at Nancy's apartment was wonderful and effortless. Everything I needed was there and available for my stay. Nancy was the best and I plan on staying again if I pick up another contract there. The apartment was my home away from home and just steps away from the hospital where I had my contract. Nancy maintains the property beautifully and is very hands on with the upkeep. She is very attentive to her tenants, worked around my night shift schedule, and even made sure that there were room darkening shades before my arrival to help me sleep during the day. Coming home after a long day and being able to throw my clothes in the wash and take a long soak in the jacuzzi tub before bed was awesome. There was a great amount of space, a huge kitchen, a great walk in closet with built ins as well as a seperate regular closet and shoe closet. I couldn't have asked for more. There was a great window seat in the bedroom where my travel cat spent many hours watching the birds.

Beautiful apartment, spacious and comfortable. Close proximity to hospital. Loved my 10 month stay! Highly recommended. Nancy is a hardworking and very responsive landlord.

Blessed to call this my home away from home

I have been a traveling professional in my industry for 20 years. I have worked all over the country and I can honestly say I have never had a more beautiful place while working on the road or a better management team than Ms N. I love it! The grounds are beautifully maintained and spotless. The inside of the units are gorgeous. I can vouch for every picture that is in this ad. Yes Those are fresh new pictures and it really does look like that and yes it really is maintained that well! Everything you need down to the hand towels in the kitchen is there and provided for you. Literally pack your personal things and come. Traveling and being hours away from my family for months at a time can make it difficult...Ms N has made my Chihuahua feel as equally welcome as me. The comfortability, safety and peace that I have found here is beyond my expectations. Come be our neighbors! Tuchee and I are here to welcome you to the property and neighborhood.

One of the best apartments in Massena!

I stayed in 174 Maple unit A and it was an amazing apartment. It was cozy and made me feel at home! I recommend staying at any of her apartments. She is a great landlord!

Best Apartment in Massena

I stayed in Apt B for some time and Ive enjoyed the place. N cares about her tenants and her units. She repairs and maintains the interior whenever she can and she puts a lot of time into it. These luxurious apartments are very warm and cozy in the winter, with great functional appliances. N has been nothing but helpful during my travel assignment. The area is pretty great as far as shopping for essentials. This location isnt far from great sights such as Mt. Titus and Lake Placcid. Pretty quiet area as well. And next door to a hospital in case of emergencies.

Wonderful!

N was amazing! The apartment was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. We had a private courtyard for our little dogs to run around in. N was also very helpful with reminders and on many occasions did things like returning our trash cans from the street on garbage day since she was already checking out the property on her weekly rounds. She was very responsive with questions and plowed the driveway herself after it snowed. We highly recommend checking out her units!

Gorgeous apartment! Beautifully furnished with a lot of natural lighting, apartment is super clean. Gorgeous landscaping and beautiful backyard. Amazing landlord! Always a call away, yet also gives total privacy. Pet friendly!

Luxury Unit

Beautifully appointed unit with massive windows, offering excellent natural lighting. Also custom Levalore shades for privacy. Super clean! Everything provided to get you started-laundry detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, Kurig with k-cups, you name it! The owner is personable and attentive to all your needs, but also gives you total privacy. She takes excellent care of the grounds as well. In winter the driveway is plowed at every snowfall, in spring you have use of gas grill, beautiful patio with table, plenty of seating and lovely landscaping. It doesn't get any better than this!

Great place to stsy

Apartment is very clean and roomy. Feels alot like home. Nancy is a wonderful landlady who goes above and beyond for her tenants, yard scaping is beautiful with plenty of privacy. Very safe with plenty of restaurants and shopping. By far one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in, comfortable feels like home would definitley stay here again.
